In January 2006, the Indiana State Dept. of Health will have an ASC Consumer Report Available on their website (www.statehealth.IN.gov) It will mirror the hospital Consumer Rept currently available. The serious events reported by the ASC will be listed on this report along with deficiencies noted at time of survey.
